Lesson from Tata Sky

I spent about a week trying to get our cable set up. In retrospect it could've taken me an hour. We got a cable box from someone who just left with a little credit on their account.  I finally called up Tata Sky after being here for 2 weeks, and they said we  just had to add more money to upgrade the plan (we wanted some kids channels). After several days of trying to put the grand total of $220 for 2 YEARS on our credit card (which you can in theory do from the website) I gave up and had our driver go to a Tata Sky store and pay cash. Within the hour our account was set up and Tom and Jerry was on.
