Halloween spirit

Old Town is awesome for Halloween . This is the perfect place for our skeleton loving toddler to be right now! I have a ton of pics leading up to the main event, with lots of skeleton walks and fall fun.

Harrry asked for all of these pics to be taken:

Our 2 canines:

The skull served as a great model for Livis Frida headband.

Pizza making crew:

With cooler days we finally got our fire pit going. Coordinating this many people  for a pic is quite an undertaking!

A Sunday walk to the water:

When Dragons missing, you can usually find him here...

Puddle jumping! So glad these boots still fit.

Livi's class did a field trip to the Waterfront to visit a reconstruction of a sailboat like the ones the Bristish brought to Jamestown and learn about sailing in the 1800s. It was a fun field trip to go on with my girl and thankfully Harry likes his new babysitter.

Naptime reading of Pachinko.

Helping Skip hang his Halloween lights.

We checked out a great new playground in Beverly Hills (ie. Rich Alexandria that's not old Town) and Harry found a new friend.

Backyard fun. Finally no mosquitos!!!

More skeleton fun;

Boris! My fav spot for him when
Harry let's him sit there.

One of the best decorated houses in Old Town was on Prince street. Many walks brought us there and of course we needed a few photo shoots:

A few fun Halloween costume test drives:

October!!

October started off feeling too much like summer, but ended with a nice chill and falling leaves. This month kicks off my favorite time of year in the area which basically runs October - May. On October 1, Harry and I drove to a Fall Farm fest with a few friends. It was huge and overwhelming, but he had a ball on the slides and playground areas we made it to. We only stayed a few hours and Harry passed out in the car on the way home. A fun outing and no tantrum was an awesome way to start October.
