Space continued

Our week is unfortunately ending without a camping trip :( The weather did not cooperate and we don't relish the idea of our first camping trip involving lots of rain...Hoping we'll still get to go before we leave but our weekends are actually full now until we leave so we'll see! Maybe we can pitch a tent at Knot Much next weekend :)Here are a few more shots from our space week. We went on a moon walk in the bedroom, played hide and seek for alien bears, made oxygen tanks out of soda bottles (that doubled as space guns. and binoculars), and baked star cookies. Oscar even cut out phases of the moon and painted each one (this is quite a surprise for me since he refused to do any sort of arts and crafts at school). I haven't decided on what next week will be but I'm thinking something with animals...
