Once the fevers subsided, we headed out on our camping trip, only a day late. And now we're officially spoiled. We spent our first camping experience in Rocky Mountain National Park. The weather was perfect and the setting idyllic. Then we spend our second at the most beautiful beach in the US. The weather was gorgeous, and after reliving the 30A beach experience in FL, I'm not sure if any US beach can compare! Crystal clear water and sand so fine and soft it squeaks and crunches when you walk on it. My back may need an alternative sleeping arrangement, but the kids are sold.
