Liv and her buddy Otto sharing a kiss after a playdate. I think it was her first?.... These kiddos get along so well it's sad that they're actually moving at the end of the summer, but such is the way of Hoboken and our world! We ran into Otto's mom at school one day without Otto and Liv was so confused..she lifted her hands up as if to say "Hey, aren't you missing something?" She's still not talking but communicates amazingly well through expressions and various sounds. While we said her first words were Dada, Dis and Dat...the official specific one may actually be "uice" (juice). Dada just doesn't appear regularly enough and while she does use dis and dat, since they're so vague I'm not sure they count. "uice" we can count on, and no milk will be had when an uice cup is in sight.
Hmmm...more updates:
-Oscar is in superhero mode. We now have reguar visits from various superheroes, depending on his toy of the moment...Sandman (he walks around with sand on his hands), Diggerman (he has sand rakes as hands), Dangerman (he actually didn't have any special tool), Mr. Fix it or Toolman (who walks around with tools stuffed in his pants like a toolbelt...maybe we should invest in one of those for his birthday :), Fireman (he was waering fireman pjs and had 2 squirt guns)....the list goes on! They're always on the look out for bad guys, except for tool man who is on the lookout for things to fix :)
-It's Oscar's last week of school and we head to the shore on Sat!!!
