Last week, the weather was cold enough to have the potential for snow! While we didn't end up seeing any flakes, the sleet did provide a little layer of white and the kids had fun picking icicles off the bottom of cars. Everyone also had 2 days off from school and work. While we wondered at times why the whole city was shut down, we were extremely happy that we did not have an experience like Atlanta... We enjoyed our ice days snuggling in our PJs, visiting friends in walking distance….and getting into the mardi gras spirit!
