Oscar's day

Monday was Oscar's last day of summer vacation, and he chose to go to the aquarium. We stopped by Oscar's office on the way (which is conveniently only 2 blocks from the aquarium) and had a fun filled afternoon with sharks and sea otters. He decided he was all about posing with the exhibits that day! I'm including so many photos since I love how the two of them decided they should pose for each picture.

The sting ray touch pool!
Livi lost interest before they came to her but
Oscar was very patient and touched a few.

And Oscar's first day of school? A success!! We dropped him off and I was so nervous for him I almost burst into tears as we drove away. No tears for him though and he hugged us goodbye like a trooper. At pick-up he was all smiles and said he had a best friend in his class. He was so excited to tell us about the ornaments his class is going to make and hang in the trees in City Park. Today he said he has 2 best friends in his class and chattered away about his music class and gardening. We're so happy he's in a good place and hoping things continue to go well!!
